      <image:title>ABOUT - Meet Michelle!</image:title>
<image:caption>Wearing many different hats, Michelle is a wife, mom, Gigi, former business owner, and pastor. From taking the leap to operate her own salon, to pursuing her calling in ministry, she’s seen first-hand the challenges and obstacles of the cultural stereotypes within each profession. While the climb to the top of both the corporate ladder and that within ministry has not been an easy task, Michelle has taken a posture of determination to transform the bruises of her journey into inspiration — she’s taking her passion for teaching others and sharing her experience to coach others as they navigate the privilege and opportunity of leadership.</image:caption>

      <image:title>BOOK</image:title>
<image:caption>Answering the call to be a leader is a rare and special decision. You didn’t get here by accident. You’ve discovered your passion — you know, that thing that makes you giddy — you’ve developed your skills within, and are excited to walk with others as they grow in their calling, too. But as you probably already know, rising to your leadership potential is not always easy. Because where purpose is, trials, rejections, discouragements, and critics are often near by. Whether you’re striving to be the next CEO, lead pastor, or grow your team, Michelle believes neither your calling or your leadership potential is defined by your gender. She’s ready to walk alongside you to leave you feeling challenged, encouraged, empowered, and equipped as you stretch and strengthen your vision, authority, and ability to lead others.</image:caption>
